Publicly owned structures serve our communities in a variety of ways. Some public building structures — like city halls, courthouses, and libraries — are visited by citizens frequently, while others are only used by a small percentage of the population. Regardless, all public sector buildings play an important role in society and have multiple stakeholders involved.
