Dale joined ZFI Engineering Co., Inc. right after graduating from OSU. He left for a few years to briefly pursue an alternate profession and then returned to ZFI. 

Dale has project management, engineering, and construction management experience from a large variety of new and renovation projects in many areas of the building industry. Dale has extensive experience in structural condition assessments, evaluation of existing structures, investigative engineering, and parking garage repair projects. His experience and skills include condition assessments, field investigations, repairs to existing concrete, steel, and wood structures, CFRP reinforcement, evaluation and reinforcing of existing structures for new loads, and AutoCAD detailing.

Dale enjoys history, numismatics, weightlifting, and karate when he’s not at the office.
