OKC Fairgrounds Gateway of Champions Promenade

The Oklahoma City Fairgrounds Gateway of Champions Promenade connects the new OG&E Coliseum with the existing Super Barn and Show Office facility. The 75,000-square-foot facility includes a 55,000-square-foot multipurpose Connector Hall, a 20,000-square-foot Expo Hall, and surrounding site improvements.

The Connector Hall utilizes a pre-engineered metal building system with a 140-foot minimum clear span and CMU walls designed to align with the adjacent Coliseum. A partial concrete slab accommodates a dirt arena surface, allowing the space to support exhibitor circulation and warm-up activities, a secondary performance arena with seating for approximately 400 spectators, or trade shows with up to 185 vendor booths.

The adjacent Expo Hall accommodates approximately 75 vendor booths and utilizes a pre-engineered metal building system with a 60-foot minimum clear span and concrete slab. The Promenade also anticipates future expansion with a planned 45,000-square-foot covered cattle penning facility.
